DISPATCHING ORDERS

Between Christmas and New Year the warehouse will be closed from 4pm Friday 22nd Dec and Tuesday 2nd Jan. During this time please email us on customercare@liquiproof.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we return.

Dispatch of orders will resume on the 2nd January.

Dispatching orders

The Liquiproof team are busy bees during the week, shipping orders Monday to Friday. To make next day delivery you need to order by 3pm. Please be aware, deliveries can be made up until 5:30pm.

We don't know about you, but we need to recharge our batteries at the weekend! So if you order after 3pm on a Friday, we'll get to it first thing Monday meaning it'll arrive that week. Thanks for understanding.

Tracking orders

If you have chosen a tracked service, you'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 24 hours for information to be populated before contacting the courier company. (system error will display until then)
